We are aware that some people do not get the reply that their form has been successfully submitted. This is not the fault of the coders at the NWS and the site host that took the code from the NWS and now hosts this form. All efforts have been made to make sure that the code is clean and each person gets a successful submission response of their information when they hit the "Send information" button. If you do not receive this response, please be assured that your information was indeed received and entered in to the records and passed on to Chance Hayes, NWS Warning Coordination Meteorologist; Randy Wing, SKYWARN records maintenance; and Kent Stutzman, the web designer/host for the ict-skywarn.org domain.
